SheerVision, Inc. Files 10K and Announces Record 2007 Revenues

(OTCBB:SVSO), a recognized leader of proprietary surgical loupes and headlight systems, announced financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended August 31, 2007 that included record revenues for the company.
This has been a terrific year and a terrific quarter for SheerVision. During the fourth quarter and throughout fiscal 2007, we continued to make improvements to the business, and we continued to experience increasing demand for our products. The SheerVision brand has become stronger in the marketplace, and the need for our products continues to grow both domestically and internationally, as our recent revenue growth indicates, commented SheerVision CEO Suzanne Lewsadder.

For the three months ended August 31, gross revenue increased 80.7% to $1,151,833 compared with $637,565 for the three months ended August 31, 2006. Gross profit for the quarter increased over 61% from the previous 4th quarter.
The Company believes that the increase in gross revenues for the year closely reflects the launch of the FireFly Infinity LED Portable Headlight, and the introduction of the International Distributor Program.
For the fiscal year ended August 31, 2007, gross revenue increased 46% to $4,351,907 compared with $2,980,584 for fiscal 2006. Gross profit for the year increased over 57% from the previous year. Revenues during the year were the highest in the history of the company. We also will continue to focus on cost control initiatives for fiscal 2008 and beyond, stated CFO Suzanne Puente.
