Management Comment
Patricia Gruden, CEO and Chairman of eFoodSafety
Reporting year-over-year quarterly revenue growth of 300% for our fiscal third quarter is an encouraging way to embark upon what management anticipates will be a very promising year for the Company, including solid revenue growth, especially in conjunction with the imminent launch of our direct response campaigns for Cinnergen and Cinnechol. We have delivered on our goal of building the foundation to support our products through consumer rollouts and continued R&D. At the same time, we continued to control our expenses, and this quarters results certainly reflect our achievements in those efforts. We can proudly report to our shareholders and investment community that the majority of our products are ready for market. We continue to remain in a very strong financial position with over $1 million in cash on hand after disbursements for all expenses.
In addition to our financial achievements this quarter, we have gained significant traction and momentum in several other areas of our business, including new product rollout and new product development, which have contributed to the exciting position in which we find ourselves today. These other achievements include our partnerships with CPG Focus Consulting to launch Immune Boost Bars in key retail outlets and Repond2 Communications to launch direct response marketing campaigns for four of our other products.
Furthermore, we have shown progress on the R&D side of the business with our entrance into the bio- and nano-technologies space as a means to improve the delivery methods of our products and to broaden our opportunities to treat common health conditions that affect millions of people worldwide. We also reported very positive and encouraging results for Citroxin and its ability to eradicate H5N1 avian influenza in chick embryos. These developments demonstrate that our team remains committed to reaching new levels in all aspects of our business. We believe this is an exciting and pivotal time in eFoodSafetys development. We are pleased that this quarters results illustrate our growth and how well-positioned we are to capitalize on the progress that we have made.
