eFoodSafety's Dr. Richard Goldfarb Interviewed on Radio Show - 'K Rock Magazine/WFAN'

Scottsdale, AZ - (WORLD STOCK WIRE) - March 27, 2008 -- As part of national “American Diabetes Alert Day,” eFoodSafety.com’s (OTCBB: EFSF), (www.efoodsafety.com) Dr. Richard Goldfarb, M.D. FACS, took part in a radio interview with Mr. Bob Salter, host of K Rock Magazine/WFAN, a public affairs program that airs weekly on WXRX 92.5 FM in New York City.

During the interview, Dr. Goldfarb provided his expert commentary on topics relating to diabetes and all-natural products, including eFoodSafety’s CinnergenTM product, which helps with glucose regulation. He discussed the increasing rate of type II diabetes in the United States and encouraged people take more control of their health at the onset of initial warning symptoms. He also discussed the role of nutritional, all-natural supplements for patients seeking to better manage their glucose levels.

When asked by Mr. Salter how nutritional supplements factor in, Dr. Goldfarb noted that people could take these supplements as a first step towards controlling blood sugar levels, highlighting that natural products generally have less side effects, risks, and lower costs than many prescription options. Dr. Goldfarb also mentioned that Cinnergen was studied to determine whether type II diabetics could take this natural product to regulate blood sugars. The results demonstrated that there are many pre-diabetics in this early stage who could take a product such as this, get good results, and benefit from a healthy glucose regulation, while keeping blood sugar “normal” throughout the day. According to Dr. Goldfarb, “There’s really a role for our product like this.”

Dr. Goldfarb currently serves as president of MedElite, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of eFoodSafety. He also serves as a medical director for the Bucks County Clinical Research Facility and has practiced clinical surgery for over twenty years.
