Dean Brittenham is the former Director for the Center of Developmental Athleticism at the prestigious Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, California. Mr. Brittenham served as the strength and conditioning coach for the Indiana Pacers. He has designed and implemented performance enhancement programs for a variety of sports: tennis, teams and individuals of the National Football League, Major League Baseball, the United States Gymnastic Federation, the United States Bobsled Team, and World Champion Cyclists. Mr. Brittenham is considered a pioneer among athletic circles for his proven, often unique, and extremely effective approach toward developing speed, quickness and power.
